For every issue I have that I contact customer service, they are rude and give me false information. Robinhood is the worst app for trading — The price action you see on Robinhood is slower & gives off false readings try comparing it with another app like WeBull you will see a huge difference. This is the only app that delays cancels trades especially when your in profit now when it does that it takes crucial time to get back to the screen to redo the trade by then your out of profit in most case

Doesn’t care about customer, will send your money to the wrong place and then say they can’t help — They transferred my money to a bank account that was no longer active and that I had removed from my account. Customer support then told me it wasn’t their problem to fix, even though their app showed it going to the right account, they sent it to an old account and told me it wasn’t their fault. Do

Stock Master the Ads Master — Yes ads, ads, and more ads. But where’s the stocks. The fake Apple virus ad is the killer….

Used to be excellent keeps getting worse — The ads are very annoying and disruptive, charts not as good

Obtrusive ads and upselling — The occasional ad was fine, but now that they’ve become reels and ads placed throughout my list of tracked stocks, I’m done

It works(ish) but mostly unhelpful — Mostly a scam; there is some useful stuff here like the politician buy/ sell history but it’s on par to what you can get cheaper elsewhere, in fact the politicians disclosures are free public information. The call outs stock or option are always late so the app looks like it will make you money but the notifications of buy ins or selling are delayed sometimes

Awful customer service — Robinhood has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and you have to fight with an AI chatbot in order to message with a representative that can barely speak English. At least the app looks nice I guess 🙄
