They not tell the truth — The price in the website its a lie. They sell the $98.99 unlimited invoices when in reality its just a hook. After you purchase the Pro Plan they tell you its only 10 invoices combined with estimates and if you want the unlimited invoices have to purchase Ultra Plan which its not even in the website. They told me it only shows after you download the app. Very disappointin

I was just sending out an invoice right now and I'm already on the $6.99 a month plan which only allows me 3 invoices per month which is pretty bad. Ceo — We cannot toggle online payments or save invoices . All attempts to contact support fails . Other than that the application is easy but not functional or help is found

Double Billing And No Support — They were billing me twice each month and there is now way to view your billing history or to contact customer service for billing support. It was a decent app but the lack of support forced me to cancel it.

Terrible — You get zero support. There support people take days to respond. We paid full price for premium. And half way through the year they upped the price of premium and made us pay for even tho we paid for a year of premium up front. They did this two years in a row. To resolve the problem it, it took over a week and I was unable to bill my clients

Great if you have no employees — This app is fantastic until you have employees that you need to share information with. It is literally hoop after hoop to jump through to try to get somebody else signed in where they can get invoices and edit them. Verification codes that never come through. QR codes to scan. What the heck man how about just a link to click on and let somebody join

WONT LET ME LOG IN — I’ve used this app for over a year now with no issues. As of today, the app logged me out and will not let me get back in. I have over 2000 invoices saved, and I’m unable to access them. This is causing a huge problem to my business as I am unable to see which businesses owe me money. Scammer Alert ! — At first, the app worked perfectly and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Because of that, I decided to subscribe to the Premium plan to access all features.
