Bait and Switch — I bought the premium version year ago and when they updated I lost everything. I even backed up to the cloud but they would not restore my purchase so I lost years of data. Put these guys in jail.

Not syncing — I originally set all my habits on my iPad and then it synced up perfectly with my phone. I then recently got a new iPad and tried several times to sync it with my phone. I tried everything. All iCloud settings are enabled. I googled and double checked everything but it is still blank on my iPad. How do I get this to sync on my iPad???

Nice but a few drawbacks — The family share doesn’t work. Paid for family premium access, followed the directions on both Google and the customer service but still didn’t work. For personal use I do enjoy the app. But the whole reason for getting it was to be able to do a 75 soft challenge with family.

Slow, Glitchy App — This app was one of the best habit trackers, but now is just glitchy and slow. It frequently has UI lag and doesn’t respond to user input. And worst of all, I can’t export my data to move to another app because it hangs on the CSV export. I’ve emailed support twice and received no response. I decided to not renew this year. Don’t Fall for “Free” Trial — I signed up for the free trial and IMMEDIATELY after downloading the app canceled my subscription. I was charged $40 at the end of the “free” trial despite having already canceled.

Terrible App — This app is terrible and I’m upset that I paid money for it instead of being something to help you become organized and productive. It becomes another chore for you to have to do.
