    Bait and Switch — I bought the premium version year ago and when they updated I lost everything. I even backed up to the cloud but they would not restore my purchase so I lost years of data. Put these guys in jail.

    Glitches — It keeps miscounting my steps and pausing counting. I walked 36,000 steps and my other walking apps were counting properly. Then suddenly it glitches. It went back to 18,000 and I lost my progress in the other apps due to them getting their information through this app. :/ it continues to glitch it’s not the first time it’s happened. I hope this gets fixed

    Pausing — My app has always been amazing but for some reason here lately he keeps pausing in the middle of walks or runs which is very frustrating because it’s not accurately recording my miles.

    Just Gets Worse — Cancelled my subscription after several years. The app just gets more buggy and less intuitive with each update. It just gets more and more frustrating to use (and that’s not even dealing with the incorrect directions and videos for the exercises). I just don’t want to deal with it anymore.

    Wasted my time — Spent an hour putting in workout routines for 4 days and when I went to create the 5th routine for day 5 I get the paywall message that a 5th day is only available with pro. Waste of time.

    Cool app, super limited features — I understand keeping a best features for paying customers, but not allowing users to create more than 3 diy workout templates unless they pay a subscription should be borderline illegal.

    Apple Watch Bugged Forever — The app is pretty good overall for tracking fitness progress. I only use the free version because it has not proved itself to be consistent nor reliable when it comes to my Apple Watch syncing with my phone.     What idiot designed this app? — The Fitness app on my iPhone is great. It shows me summary data from my workouts. The iPad app on the other hand, is just a platform to use fitness plus videos apparently. What a tremendously horrible design choice.
