    Lost all data — Used app for 10+ years. New update came out and all my data was lost and after 3-4 emails to support and no response I’ve had to start over on a new app from scratch. I even tried to sign up for a paid subscription and still no response or way to get my data. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Would no longer recommend using this app.

    Lost all data — I have been using this app for years and started paying for the premium version a few years ago. This morning all of my data reverted back to 2023. This is going to be an absolute nightmare to sort out.

    New update 08/2026 crashing — Since the latest update in August 2026 anytime I open the app on my iPhone (newest one), the app will only stay frozen. It doesn’t even show me any of my buttons to press to navigate it. This has caused significant delays in receiving client payments in persons. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it countless times and the same problem persists.

    Inaccurate — The mileage tracking works very poorly. Doesn’t track despite following support’s suggestions and steps. I don’t recommend.

    SYNC BUG — I have 2 iPhones. 13 and 17pro. App on 17Pro is syncing and showing correct calculations. 13 is showing correct cleared and pending transactions as 17Pro. Soon as I uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone 17Pro, both apps now are all showing incorrect balances. Calculations are way off!!!!
