    Refused a refund — Very frustrated. Signed up for the free-trial which I never even used, and unfortunately forgot to cancel the subscription before I was charged for the ENTIRE year ($119) out of my bank account. In between signing up for the trial I had decided to pursue in person help which has already been a strain on my pockets. I asked Reframe support for a refund and the ONLY response I got

    What a joke. — I stopped using this app for a while because I had the WORST experience ever. I decided to give it another shot and I got 3/10 items… then they only give me back $13 when I paid almost $40 ($15 of which I actually got) …I never should have given them another chance. The workers, the drivers, the stupid bot customer support are all awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Tried then charged — I was trying the reframe app for the week to see if it was something I’d be interested in sticking with. I found the app unuseful, and just not for me. I cancelled the free trial/subscription within the week and was still charged the $119 year fee. Customer service was immediately responsive, but now has not returned my email. Bad practice.     How could the service be worse can’t it’s horrible — I was looking for cigarettes and multiple other over the last three days and I still have nothing except for disputed charges for where you charge me for stuff I didn’t receive including a tip and delivery fee for a driver who never showed up.     Pardon My Cheesecake — Absolutely terrible Cheesecake!! I am pretty sure they just heated it up in a microwave. The bun was all rubbery, which happens in the microwave. Hardly any steak, very thin it is just like the size of a hotdog. Definitely not worth $13. Don’t waste your time, there are much better places to get a cheesesteak.

    Date is wrong — Date is off by 10 days and can’t be adjusted. If you skip the plan for a week it logs you as a no alcohol week. Very difficult to navigate and understand were you go

    Abysmal Customer Service — I’ve been a gold pass member for years and the value used to be great but order accuracy has fallen off a cliff. My last 5 orders have had issues and customer support has finally followed suit. If you run into issues just dispute with your bank. That’s literally what the last customer support person told me before ending the chat.
