You really need premium to full enjoy the app and it sucks. — First couple of days me and my bf used this app it was great: unlimited snaps to eachother, constant messaging, and many options this app had in store for us. But days later, it’s safe to assume the free trial phase ended as we then had very limited options for reactions, one snap every 12 hours, and couldn’t accurately view each others

To expensive — I get if you would to charger people for the widgets but the quizzes come one now those should be free

Cool game but pay walls are wack — This game is pretty decent and I like how passive it is. I’d even spend money on it if it wasn’t a subscription. $40 a year for a relationship app is CRAZY. Subscriptions are getting way out of hand

Got charged $45 when I thought I had the free version. — If I had known I was going to have to pay for the app, I wouldn’t have downloaded. I was told it would be free. Now I have my iCloud locked because I’m not paying the $45 for an app. So no longer am I able to update ANYTHING on my phone.

Terrible — WHAT A TERRIBLE APP — my fiance and I STRUGGLED to login to this app so many times, it ended up creating a new account for my fiancé even though he had one. It always logs us out not even for a month in use.

Terrible billing and poor customer support — I tried the free 7 day trial and liked it. I signed up and was charged $79.99 for a year, used it for a month, and shared it with a friend. My friend went to sign up and it was only $39.99/ a year. I contacted customer support and the bot that I dealt with said I “should be paying $79.99 a year because the $39.99/ a year is correct” which made no sense.

pls help no one is answering — i’ve sent multiple emails but no one has gotten back to me i love this app but have basically lost all of my progress with my boyfriend as i have transferred phones and unfortunately don’t remember my password. i have the original email to reset the password but the issue is the email is not being sent i swear in check everywhere its not even in spam pls help !!!!
