LOST MY STREAKS — I didn’t get any notifications to do BeReal so I lost my streaks 😡 I am so mad

  • BeReal: Photos & Friends Daily1star· Mar 11, 2026

Manipulative strategies to get you to add more friends — I love the idea behind the app, and love sharing posts with my close friends. Emphasis on close. The app has some bugs and annoying design choices, but it doesn’t break the experience. A little bit ago I opened the app to a screen that made me so angry I had to come write this review. There was the account of someone I know , with a checkbo

Crappiest app ever — Keeps showing 404 error, logs me out and then back in, when after deleting a photo, clicking other photos result in 404 error. Uploaded photos but they disappeared, want to download my edited photos but it doesn’t work, going to unsubscribe and use Google photos instead. Useless interface.

HORRIBLE — I tried to long into my account and it needed a code to sign in, yet they didn’t feel the need to send me a code. Extremely frustrating and they need to fix this pronto, very dissatisfied and will never spend my time on this stupid bad dumb app ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • BeReal: Photos & Friends Daily1star· Aug 17, 2026

Oh nah — This app has an unnecessary log in process nobody gaf abt bereal that much to do all ts

  • Groupsy by Photobucket1star· Aug 14, 2026

Wish I could give zero stars — Yea thanks for basically locking me out of an account that I’ve had for years. Now I can’t login unless I pay for my photos that I took. Photos of loved ones that are no longer with us on this plane of existence. This is extortion at worse and a hostage situation and theft at best. So your company needs to give everyone a chance to get their all of their own photos b

Won’t load — After almost making it to 1000 day streak, BeReal won’t load. I tried many things, like doing a hard restart of my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, etc. I reached out to support simply asking for a copy of my data, since there’s no way I trust them to safely store 3 years of photo memories. Never heard back. I would highly recommend NOT investing any emotional energy in

Disappointing as of late 🤬 — UPDATE: apparently we’re still having issues with this app and the consistency of its performance. Regrettably, I’m losing patience with the inconsistency of its performance and might have to discontinue use. Ever since the addition of ads, BeReal is extremely unstable and I have purchased a new phone, changed wireless providers and STILL have a poor experience. SO. DI

Glitchy — This app is nearly unusable. I have to restart it constantly to get buttons to work. It takes forever to load, and page elements will suddenly compress or expand for no reason. Cannot be used in connection with Private Relay either. Fix this app, please.

  • Scroll Smarter - Mix1star· Jul 15, 2026

Annoying — This app is poorly designed to force you to select the options they want. In the first hour, six notifications to rate the app. Seven times to allow notifications. Constant in-app notifications that you have no ability to turn off. I was a StumbleUpon fan, and for some reason never adopted Mix. Now I remember why.

  • Groupsy by Photobucket1star· May 27, 2026

Much better options! — This program is not only much more difficult to use than it needs to be, the uploads take far too long, the tap screen does nothing… it takes 3-5 steps just to move images and then it doesn’t actually MOVE them, it COPIES them. Use pixieset, Facebook, Google Drive, drop box or even cloud or adobe… waste of $140.00

  • Photo Album Private Manager1star· May 19, 2026

Doesn’t work! — I can’t get the password set up. It keeps giving me an unintelligible error message! Very poor user interface. I’m deleting immediately

celebrate: share photo & video is the biggest app here that has stopped shipping. Last update 1 yr 11 mo ago, at 1,623,387 installs.

Apps count as part of a market for 90 days after they last appear in it. Installs are Google Play's own count, last captured 2026-09-13. 11 of 14 apps have an Android listing we could match. How this is counted

Every number is arithmetic over the reviews we hold, re-counted weekly: nothing modelled, nothing scored. Themes come from a frozen pattern classifier rather than a model reading reviews, so the same review always lands in the same bucket. A market rate is pooled across every app here; the store rate is the same count across 12,743 apps. A complaint is only called a gap when at least half the market carries it, at least 20 reviews are behind it, and the market’s rate is elevated above the store’s, the same cutoff used everywhere on this site, because a problem concentrated in one app is that app’s bug, and a problem every app on the store shares is nobody’s gap. This market has no full report yet, so the per-app notes are absent rather than estimated. The anger axis is counted either way: mean star of the reviews carrying each theme, from the same classifier as the counts above.
