Refund — I was charged 39.99 for something i attempted to cancel- i never put my info in and it some how charged me. i only wanted a free trial to see how it worked and then now im getting charged.

Terrible — I’ve had an issue with this company and they haven’t tried to resolve it they just keep prolonging like they don’t want to deal with it. I wouldn’t recommend getting apps that don’t have customer service.

Fraudulent Charge — Subscribed for the week trial period and made sure to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period via my Apple account/manage subscriptions. Lost all the recipes — It was good until all the recipes disappeared. So disappointed.

Recipes lost — This app was a life saver at the beginning and such a wonderful tool I used daily. Unfortunately, I was logged out and all of my recipes were lost. The help section said my recipes were still saved but once I signed back into my account, I couldn’t find anything and had to start back over.

Bad customer service — I loved the app for a year until all my recipes disappeared! I texted the support email three days ago, and all I’ve received is an automated response. VERY disappointed with their lack of response. A year’s worth of recipes GONE! My account seems to have disappeared! ??????? 😩
