Scam onboarding — The app in itself is not bad, but in the onboarding steps it collects all the data but nothing will be used in your workouts. For example I have mentioned shoulder injury but most of the exercises on day 2 involved shoulder exercises. It’s just a trap to lock you in. Also, they give a random lose weight timeline without anything to back it up, which is highly misleading. If you w

Scam/ don’t download — Makes you answer a bunch of questions before you can start then asks you to pay for a plan after the first 7 days, so they take all your data then try and make you sign up

This app used to be… — Great. I haven’t used it in a couple of years and lo and behold they’re like all the other apps charging for use. This app used to be my go to for a great free app that helps you track quick workouts that you can do daily. SMH. I couldn’t afford a trainer, expensive app, on demand or gym membership and this app held me down. I told a lot of people about it too. It’s just sad
