Another Paywall — You want a review so bad? Here it is. Can’t even get into the app without starting a subscription. And they want a review right off the rip. I can tell you it helped my anxiety go away tho! Now I’m just mad.

No free options — This might as well be a paid app. Don’t even bother making an account, the entire app is paywalled - front to back. Deleted my account and the app

Disappointed but hopeful — After using this app for a couple of years(maybe more than a couple) suddenly the info is all gone. Good product, Horrific customer service — Cancelled my subscription but was still charged for a year membership. There is no online chat or way to call, only email. And it’s been more than a week with no response. I’m just waiting for the charge to clear on my Cc to dispute. Very poor response does not get my money.

No access to paid subscription — I paid for premium subscription for a year and with 4 months left I have no access to premium content. I have reached out over and over and cannot get any help from calm to restore my purchase!

App keeps crashing — I have been using this app for years and routinely would fill out the check ins and have been for years! Well with this recent update my app kept crashing and per instructions on their site I deleted and reinstalled the app and logged out and logged back in with no luck. I have been in contact with their customer service but they haven’t been much help. Please resolve this soo
