Who is giving this app 4.7?? — This app is SO buggy, logs me out constantly and forces me to update more often than is reasonable for something that barely works. Does not post correctly when you instruct it to post to FB & IG together. Unfortunately we have no other choice other than to leave the hellscape that is Meta or use this terrible app. STOP LOGGING ME OUT.

I’m locked out — 1 star for not letting me sign in with facial recognition or at all.

  • Meta Business Suite2star· Aug 1, 2026

Not streamlined — When I make a post for our professional page, the edits don’t usually work in the Instagram side of the house. It won’t let me post music across the platforms even tho they are all meta platforms which makes no sense. I then have to log in separately and repost it in the respective apps. Just annoying more than anything.

Enough bugs to make it a headache — Posts duplicates, silently fails to post, thumbnails resetting the whole draft on mobile, this is a very frustrating app to use on mobile and even on desktop the connection reminders are inconsistent and stop you from posting without warning.

  • Meta Business Suite2star· Aug 12, 2026

Lots of problems — Messages don’t come through, No notifications, lags, Limited photos (10), Cannot not post video and photos… then the kicker… limited 2200 characters or it won’t post on Instagram… You can post more photos just using instagram itself, you can post more photos on Facebook app itself… can’t access messages on your own Facebook page without Meta Business… also app crashes a lot, fre

It’s gotten better, but it’s still too buggy — I’m happy that this app has gotten progressively better but the amount of bugs and freezing that happens when trying to create posts is just infuriating. It’s also irritating that the audio available on Instagram itself for reels is not the same audio in this app.

0/5 Doesn’t work. — You can’t enter the hours for your business. You enter them (manually because you can’t enter them all at once) and then click Done. It loads forever and never updates it. The end. Also, Facebook has been sending creepy automatic messages harassing people when they Like my page. It forced me to download this worthless app in order to turn that disgusting feature off. I did, b

Used to be amazing — I use this app everyday, all day for my guitar school. It used to be a huge help and time saver but within the last month it has started falling apart. The saved reply doesn’t function at all anymore. They are still saved and I can scroll through and use them but the keywords function no longer works. Now that I have to type every message out, the keyboard lags so much that it

I cant even make an account — As soon as i tried to make an account after putting in my information the continue button was completely unresponsive along with the back one and im unable to fix it. Is anyone else having this issue?? And how do i even fix this? I tried closing it and re putting it in and its the same thing over and over again. Is this app unfinished or something?

New update sucks — Why is the new update so much more difficult to use??? It's so cluncky and you have to tap around like 8x more to do the same task. I'm literally going to switch platforms if it's going to take this long to schedule every time now.

  • Planoly: Social Media Planner2star· Aug 18, 2026

Terrible Update — This update pretty much got rid of so many of the reasons why planoly was great for scheduling. The inability to post without cropping in the planoly app or letting planoly post automatically for you is a PAIN and NOT user friendly. All I wanted was to be able to include 20 photos in a post on planoly but they couldn’t even even get that right. Also the inclusion of AI is terribl

Hate the update!!! — Go back. Stuff isn’t working and it’s super confusing now. Not user friendly

Who’s in it

All 16 apps counted in this market · 2026-09-02.

Apphi: Social Media Scheduler is the biggest app here that has stopped shipping. Last update 8 months ago, at 1,050,625 installs.

Apps count as part of a market for 90 days after they last appear in it. Installs are Google Play's own count, last captured 2026-09-13. 14 of 16 apps have an Android listing we could match. A dash means we could not pair the two stores, not that the app is absent from Play. Amber marks an app that has not shipped in over 90 days, the 90th percentile across every market we hold.

How this is counted

Every number is arithmetic over the reviews we hold, re-counted weekly: nothing modelled, nothing scored. Themes come from a frozen pattern classifier rather than a model reading reviews, so the same review always lands in the same bucket. A market rate is pooled across every app here; the store rate is the same count across 12,743 apps. A complaint is only called a gap when at least half the market carries it, at least 20 reviews are behind it, and the market’s rate is elevated above the store’s, the same cutoff used everywhere on this site, because a problem concentrated in one app is that app’s bug, and a problem every app on the store shares is nobody’s gap.
