User — I was enjoying it but with software updates it tells me to download the latest version but will not allow it (I guess the new version can’t be run on older platforms). So, it still asks me to download the new version each time I open it, and it now no longer syncs between devices. Delays in updating the data and data loss — You change it on iPhone app, it can’t sync, overrides by desktop version, you lose your updated data. Ongoing problem for years.

Not syncing with my lap top — App on phone is not showing lists i made on my computer. Boards made show but nothing on them

gTasks is better — For the biggest tech company this side of the Sun, it’s clunky, unreliable, not nearly as smooth and intuitive as gTasks, and I simply don’t like it.

99 task limit — I love the Eisenhower matrix and the ways you can organize your tasks. but the free version only allows you to create 99 tasks per list at a time. the whole point of the app is to be a to-do list where I can add tasks, so why is there a limit (and such a small limit at that)? It feels counter-intuitive tbh

So difficult — Why can't I just search for a card when I know the name of it? Jesus the iPhone UI sucks!

Horrible customer service — This company will go to great lengths to avoid a three or five minute phone call. Bugs with Apple — Interactions for notes do not work. Reached out to fix but no response. When the face icon is selected to bring up interactions for a note, it says “No results found.” I need to reply with an emoji instead. Also when notification is selected, doesn’t always open the task card.

HORRIBLE — Used for one day, charged me for a year wouldn’t refund. Told them to cancel my account then charged me AGAIN for a year a year later. Paid for two year subscription and there’s no where to cancel on the app. Horrible customer service, horrible app. Unbelievable. This app is a scam

Incredibly buggy — The iPad app is genuinely unusable due to bugs. There's a bug where whenever you try to select something to type the viewport moves to somewhere else on the document so you can't see what you're doing. This also happens when you type at all. Sometimes it teleports your cursor somewhere else on the document so you type things in completely the wrong place. Incredibly frustrating.

Why doesn’t this app ever work!?!?!!!!! — From insanely slow loading to constant crashes… I can’t waste more time listing all the things that do not work with this app. I’m baffled how, in 2026, a tech company with a great product can’t figure out mobile. Cant login — I like this application just find I set up my account in my computer and used a gmail address to sign in. I cant log into the app because it wants a password which you don’t setup when you use google to login. So I cant login to the app. Useless…

Can’t log in — I can no longer log into this app on my phone, which makes it useless. No matter what I click, including contacting support, I get a message saying it can’t connect to the server. I don’t have this issue with any other app on my phone.
