Not efficient — As an Internet sales rep I use this on the go ALL THE TIME. I run into a lot of issues like chatting through text. I’ll try and access the opportunity button by clicking the name and that button has never worked. Assigned leads never show in internet leads tab. Me and my colleagues will randomly stop getting notifications for texts or certain leads and we have to call support to re

Never works — I’ve had Zoho CRM for 6 years and the app hasn’t worked in years. Takes forever and never syncs. I have to use my desktop computer. So disappointing.

Calendar doesn’t sync with Zoho!!! — When you link your Zoho calendar it doesn’t show your event in the CRM calendar!!! What’s the point if you have to use 2 different calendars? Zoho needs to fix this! It’s supposed to integrate according to the settings and it just doesn’t work!

No much for the money. Horrible customer service — There is not really enough value to justify cost. Way better to get another phone line. If you try to talk to their AI assistant- you’ll get harassed

Great product but no support when freezes — We made a major change to this platform from another service because of the AI features in auto responder. But after several months, it is completely phone shot and died, and we cannot make any outbound calls when in the field. So effectively defeats the purpose of purchasing business numbers when you can’t call from the business number with the caller I

SCAMMERS — Used them for a few months, service was okay but watch out, when you cancel (even before the next billing cycle) they will still keep charging you. I cancelled several weeks ago, deleting all numbers and this morning they still charged me for another full month. When trying to talk to support chat, it just says they will email me, and they never do. So this morning I had to cancel my de

Terrible — The license scanner is about the only thing that consistently works. App needs to be streamlined and simplified, while increasing functionality to match website version without crashing constantly.

Not Reliable — This company sucks. Customer service is non existent and the numbers are always glitching out and shutting down. Not reliable. Do not use for business!

Not a — I thought by upgrading my phone system it would be better. However, it is actually worse. Whenever I receive a phone call on my cell, the app cuts off the call mid conversation with a re-login screen. The call workflow I meticulously set up, randomly gets deleted and I have to recreate it! Dragging the workflow back and forth across the screen to see the entire flow is cumbersome and r

Terrible Customer Service & User Interface… — I was looking for a reliable internet calling app. When properly working this app has pretty decent quality calls. However, I attempted to recharge my service and the option isn’t properly presenting in app and “customer service” said they’d forward it to the billing team but almost a week later there still hasn’t been resolution. Additionally, they c

Awful experience — We started using this system with high hopes and expectations. They were dashed each time. Combination of a poor UI and almost nonexistent customer service. There are much better CRMs out there.

Unusable since last update — The app has been completely worthless for the last week or so. It won't pull up anything. Most of the time won't let me login, says there's an issue. Please fix.

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator2star· Aug 12, 2026

It constantly logs me out — Nearly every day the app simply logs me out. Also, the notifications for messages not even accessible in this app are frustrating as well.

Apps count as part of a market for 90 days after they last appear in it. Installs are Google Play's own count, last captured 2026-09-13. 11 of 15 apps have an Android listing we could match. A dash means we could not pair the two stores, not that the app is absent from Play. Amber marks an app that has not shipped in over 90 days, the 90th percentile across every market we hold.

How this is counted

Every number is arithmetic over the reviews we hold, re-counted weekly: nothing modelled, nothing scored. Themes come from a frozen pattern classifier rather than a model reading reviews, so the same review always lands in the same bucket. A market rate is pooled across every app here; the store rate is the same count across 12,743 apps. A complaint is only called a gap when at least half the market carries it, at least 20 reviews are behind it, and the market’s rate is elevated above the store’s, the same cutoff used everywhere on this site, because a problem concentrated in one app is that app’s bug, and a problem every app on the store shares is nobody’s gap. This market has no full report yet, so the per-app notes are absent rather than estimated. The anger axis is counted either way: mean star of the reviews carrying each theme, from the same classifier as the counts above.
