For whatever reason, this app just doesn’t load well and ends up having blank everything. Reloading the app doesn’t help, making sure data is connected isn’t the solution…whatever the issue is, it’s annoying and it appears to be with the app itself and not the data or phone. Seems like a very poorly optimized app. Possibly why they started giving almost everything for free. Lots of good competitor…Bevel: AI Health Coach
I’ve finally had enough, your users have suffered through your bs for years and I can’t take it anymore. I’m typing this in hopes that you might understand how much you’ve been pissing me off. You have created one of the biggest app falloff's I have ever experienced Y’all have made us deal with so many problems, I am convinced that you go into the office everyday brainstorming how you can make thi…Snapchat
The worst onboarding experience ever! I’ve created account through the app, but can’t access it. I can login through web though. But the same credentials in app lead me to login error saying that I need to create new username. And I already have one! And it works on web! But doesn’t work in app. Customer Support is just a not very smart AI that keeps sending me standard login and sign in instruc…WHOOP
Do not get this app!! I used this app for a few years and really liked it but something has changed recently and my workouts haven’t “updated” since June. Customer service is ABYSMAL and IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number. Text chats go in circles of “how can we help…send screenshots of app and login…we are escalating this…your problem appears resolved” over and over. I’ve done all the trouble shoo…Sports Tracker: Run Bike Hike
I love the in-depth data and logging, but whoops seriously fumbled with this app. I am a professional UI & UX consultant who has worked with over 700 companies. Whoop’s app is not intuitive or user friendly, and its implementation of its AI features are occasionally useful but the W ai logo covers the spot where the “+” SHOUKD be to add workouts. Also the color scheme is difficult to read and…WHOOP
I’ve been using this app for almost a year and I love it. However I’ve got disappointed. I’ve never used the feature to upload a photo, until now that I started to wanting to track my progress at least visually. The problem is that if you upload it directly from the camera, once you upload it you don’t have a way to download it. It should either leave a copy of that photo in your photos app or at…Lyfta: Gym Workout Tracker Log
The only reason I don’t give it a five star review is that one many of the features that would be nice to have need to be paid for to acquire. Secondly I don’t grant the app a full set of five stars because I need more stuff/tools added to the unpaid version that will make me want to actually purchase it.
