Worst delivery app ever — Studying abroad this app is so horrible it’s not even funny lies about delivery times drivers have no clear delivery instructions the support is the worst part won’t even connect you properly to anyone for help genuinely the worst delivery app I’ve ever used don’t waste your time I feel bad for all the restaurants who use this service and inconvenience them

  • Grubhub: Food Delivery1star· Sep 15, 2026

0 Stars — It’s ridiculously expensive. It’s more expensive than DoorDash. It takes much longer than DoorDash. Customer service is a lot more complicated than DoorDash. These third party delivery platforms are nice for convenience but just not worth it in this economy. It’s like you’re overpaying to be disappointed.

  • Grubhub: Food Delivery1star· Sep 15, 2026

Worst food delivery app — I am consistently having issues with my food orders and even though my last order was not delivered, i didn’t get any replacement or a refund. After waiting for food to be delivered for so long. Customer support is not useful. They dont even provide the reason for not issuing the refund and directly just close the chat. Worst experience ever.

Horrible — Let the app access my location, accidentally order at the wrong location for togos and customer service couldn’t do jack about it 2 mins after it was place since they started working on it. I talked to the store and they weren’t gonna make it. No refund. Absolutely horrible experience. Definitely back to DoorDash. Couldn’t even switch the location order for me like DoorDash. Horrible

  • DoorDash: Food, Grocery, More1star· Sep 12, 2026

Terrible — Order was completely wrong despite the receipt written on the bag being accurate

  • DoorDash: Food, Grocery, More1star· Sep 12, 2026

Meh — The only reason I have this app is because I need to order food during certain hours of the day for children. But I will say. They charge you massively! I ordered Asian cuisine. In the store, the kids meal is only seven dollars on the app. They charged me 10 then they wanna charge me a service fee of 399 and then they want me to tip. And then they want to get my order completely wrong and or

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — They won’t help. AI is doing all the talking that they don’t even understand. They just give you $5-$10 credit even if your order is more than $50 worth and fully gone or damaged. Then they just say sorry for inconvenience and end the chat.

Who’s in it

All 12 apps counted in this market · 2026-09-14.

Apps count as part of a market for 90 days after they last appear in it. Installs are Google Play's own count, last captured 2026-09-14. 11 of 12 apps have an Android listing we could match. A dash means we could not pair the two stores, not that the app is absent from Play.

How this is counted

Every number is arithmetic over the reviews we hold, re-counted weekly: nothing modelled, nothing scored. Themes come from a frozen pattern classifier rather than a model reading reviews, so the same review always lands in the same bucket. A market rate is pooled across every app here; the store rate is the same count across 13,217 apps. A complaint is only called a gap when at least half the market carries it, at least 20 reviews are behind it, and the market’s rate is elevated above the store’s, the same cutoff used everywhere on this site, because a problem concentrated in one app is that app’s bug, and a problem every app on the store shares is nobody’s gap. This market has no full report yet, so the per-app notes are absent rather than estimated. The anger axis is counted either way: mean star of the reviews carrying each theme, from the same classifier as the counts above.
