Premier Banking Without the Premier Features — I really want to like Robinhood Gold Banking because there are some genuinely great benefits, but right now the product feels unfinished—especially for customers who keep significant assets with Robinhood. The biggest positive is the 3% cashback on the Robinhood Gold Card. That is an excellent rewards rate, but there is a major catch: to get the full

Awful Customer Support — See the most recent reviews of this app, they all bad, if you are thinking of joining Sofi, DON’T do it. The app is user friendly, however, I got a transaction I didn’t recognize for $1.4k and they didn’t do anything about it. I disputed it but they decided that my case wasn’t strong enough after weeks. I have never had these issues with any other prior banking.

What happens when you wake up decide you want to operate a bank! — Three experiences with Robinhood Banking and not one good! 1) When I was invited to the checking and savings accounts I was able to get everything setup easily enough. I never received a debit card so I tried to reach out. You could only reach support via chat and I tried for days and I would be in the queue for hours. It’s like t

  • Venmo1star· Sep 4, 2026

Venmo doesn’t work! — For a year now the app would not work for me, I tried to get support but no one replied. Then it finally worked again after a year a few months ago, and then now when I log in it’s not working again! I’ve deleted the app several times and redownloaded, updated iOS, everything and it still does not work! SO frustrated.

Who’s in it

All 13 apps counted in this market · 2026-09-02.

Apps count as part of a market for 90 days after they last appear in it. Installs are Google Play's own count, last captured 2026-09-13. 11 of 13 apps have an Android listing we could match. A dash means we could not pair the two stores, not that the app is absent from Play.

How this is counted

Every number is arithmetic over the reviews we hold, re-counted weekly: nothing modelled, nothing scored. Themes come from a frozen pattern classifier rather than a model reading reviews, so the same review always lands in the same bucket. A market rate is pooled across every app here; the store rate is the same count across 12,743 apps. A complaint is only called a gap when at least half the market carries it, at least 20 reviews are behind it, and the market’s rate is elevated above the store’s, the same cutoff used everywhere on this site, because a problem concentrated in one app is that app’s bug, and a problem every app on the store shares is nobody’s gap. This market has no full report yet, so the per-app notes are absent rather than estimated. The anger axis is counted either way: mean star of the reviews carrying each theme, from the same classifier as the counts above.
