    Customer service — Their customer service sucks but I am forced to use it instead of doordash because the app won’t open today. I prefer not to use Uber but had to today.

    Inaccurate Estimated delivery times — Go with Door Dash! This was the last straw! 40 extra minutes to get food. Ended up canceling the order because the driver went MIA and wouldn't return..y chat messages.

    They keep your money even when the driver brings the wrong order. — I placed an order but uber driver didn’t knew how to get to my apt so I had to look for her. Then when I get to my apt my order was completely wrong. It wasn’t my order. They do not care about the time and money spend. I won’t be using this app anymore. DoorDash is better. They even took out her tip out of my balance!!!!!

    Deliveries late or to the wrong house and no ability to remove tips — Uber removed the ability to reduce tips so there’s no recourse for drivers who deliver the food down the street or deliver late or eat your food.
